I'm interested in some 1967 505's, but I've got a few questions. Since they're slim fit, does that mean they won't have much room in the seat? Also, I've looked around at sizing advice but opinions seem to be mixed. Would sizing up 1 from a true waist size give me a comfortable but not baggy fit?

I purchased these Grim Tims on supermarket previously and wore them around the house for about a week but unfortunately they were too tight for me in the top block. I'm looking to pass these on: retail is $180 I'm looking to sell for price drop: $90. I'm willing also to trade/add for other denim.
Measurements:
Waist: ~30.5"
Inseam: 32"
Hem: 6"
Front Rise: 10"

If the jeans were originally rinsed does that mean the fading effect is harder to get than dry unwashed denim?
I'm not entirely sure, but I think that rinsed denim is not like dry denim in that it is treated so that it fades minimally.
