easily, a 33 measures 34" according to selfedge.com (my 3sixteen+ were spot-on with the measurements provided) and they will also stretch, you could go with a 32 even depending on how you like them to fit.

getting 2.5" taken off the 20bsps

can I mail a pair of 3sixteen+ back to selfedge for a chain-stitched hem or is this only available for walk-ins (live in Florida so thats not possible for me)?

I did a cold soak using his advice and got maybe 0.5" of shrinking.

i'll be sending them to selfedge for a 2" hem most likely.
