Great fit! To me, the w32 fits great even with a hot bath. Wonder why you think w33 would also fit? so you just get size up 1inch by you usual size (31)? Was on the fence because I found the hem a bit too wide on measurement. But yours look great.

Was thinking to get the same size as my 220a/221 (which is w32), look like I can get a w31. The fabric looks promising! Enjoy.

May I check anyone had experience on the 25th 1101ex? In particular, is the cut identical to the standard 1101? How is the fabric performing? I read old post finding some dislike the arc. I also found it a bit “interesting” but am okay with that as I have been track down an old 1101 for some time.

I don’t own 1101(yet). My 710 resolute is in W36. But it fit looser than I like. I think 34 will fix best. Hope this helps.

Thanks @blooming I found a pair of 221 in W32 L32 last night and pulled the trigger My 220 was in w32 L30. It fits great length wise with one fold but I haven’t washed it yet. Trust it will be okay without fold after shrinkage? I hope the L32 in 221 will not be too long after shrinkage with one fold. I am cheap. I always think the hemming is costly compared to the cost of the whole jeans 🤷‍♂️

@blooming if you don’t mind sharing, interested to know how the 220a vs 221 fit you differently and which one your prefer? I am loving my 220a and thinking whether worthwhile to but the 221. Thanks.

My bad. I meant to say 220a. I don’t own the 221 (yet). btw, I just bought a pair of 1108xx. I presume it is the newer cut as there is no tab and arcs?

Interesting to learn about the type two. The 22cm hem doesn’t look significantly slim for W30 as described.

thanks for the inputs. I am a big w33 or small w34. It was so strange that the W34 1103 has rooms everywhere, waist, thigh, hip, knee. I guess I can comfortably fit a W33 and can also fit a W32 in this model with some stretch without problem. My experience may differ as seem not a lot of people bought the 1103(?) I think the silhouette is relax tapered and therefore fit bigger Tried to sell the 1103 but not much interest. Is there any method to shrink the fc denim by a size or two?
