  1. That's a sick pair

anybody have sizing advice for 634's? and any info on how much they stretch in the waist?

I wish they put them up on the first page of the all the threads, would make everything so much easier

  2. I keep getting bigger and these jeans just don't fit me well anymore

I've gained 25 pounds since December and it's not fat so there's nothing I can do with it

    measurements:

I can stitch up the leather patch that's falling off for you on the skulls

Can in the back pocket used to be chew, now it's just ice breakers

Skulls have been worn for about 6 months with 1 wash and 1 soak (+presoak)

XX-004 and XX-005 only have initial soak, and have been worn maybe a month and a half also with ice breakers in the back pocket

    All jeans unhemmed

Looking for 180USD on each of them

can get more pics up, feel free to PM me

  3. How much did the 005's shrink for you guys?

and then how much did it stretch back out?

I have a pair of 004's in size 34 so I bought the 005's in the same size since it's supposed to be the same cut to the thigh

My 004's are pretty loose in the waist, but I'm not quite sure how they felt when I first bought them, but I know they stretched out quite a bit

  4. How slim is the XX-005 compared to the Skull 5010X?

I'm probably going to have to retire my skulls since I keep getting bigger. I'm about 20 pounds heavier now than when I bought them and it's muscle so it's not something I can just diet and get rid of.

Also, since I have really big thighs, how would it look if I sized up more than people usually do?

Thinking of getting the XX-003, but can't find any fit pics

  5. i would agree with your last line, except xx-004 is a slim flare

    Eh, good point.

^^probably mariooh? either way i agree with wolf that his fit isn't that bad, just different from what you see on here.

the baggy fit is great if thats what he's going for but the cuffs do look enormous, sloppy, and enormously sloppy. unless the picture is distorted, the cuffs look to like 3 or 4 inches which is just ridiculous

at the end of the day this is sufu, and you're gonna get ripped on and attract comments when you're way out of the norm "style" then the guy goes and defends every single post bashing him...mariooh, dood, just quit while you're ahead. either keep on ballin, or learn a little something. peace

I'm going to neg someone, when I have no neg power, and they're supporting me?

It's not even baggy, it's loose. There are tons of jeans out there with fat cuffs, fatter than mine, mine are only two inches.

God forbid I try to defend myself when 10 people start bashing my fit when I didn't even ask for advice. I posted these so people could see what the XX-004 look like, nobody else has any pictures out there, well except for one other person.

  6. Ok then. I guess you didn't ask for advice after all.

Nope. Just posting my pictures since nobody has any of the XX-004, or of any bootcuts for that maters

Even still it looks awful from the knee down. They need to be hemmed.

Knee down looks perfect, just how I want it.

If I was going to get them hemmed it'd just be a couple inches so I could tuck it behind the tongue of my shoe perfectly with no overhang or anything

should have got something with a fuller straight leg if you wanted loose. boot cuts dont always equal loose.

as long as you're happy with the fit, its your money

I wanted to have those fat cuffs

sure bootcuts don't equal loose, but I can't imagine a bootcut that squeezes you out of your jeans

  7. you definitely need to do something about that fit, it's pretty sloppy

    It's exactly what I wanted

I didn't buy a pair of bootcut jeans to have some super slim jean

I bought it to have something loose and fun

  8. Or cuffing them for that matter. I always was under the impression that cuffing was for straight leg denim.

    ...what?

Why wouldn't you be able to cuff bootcut jeans?

They are a little harder to cuff though because they're wider at the bottom

  9. I think they look too big on you, and you might want to do something about the way they fall on your shoes. From those pictures, it looks very unflattering.

By the way, why would you buy a pair of bootcuts if you're thinking about tapering them?

    Whoops I meant hemmed

How they fall usually looks a little cleaner, but that's what I wanted when I bought them

  10. Hey I'm looking for a new pair of jeans and I'm thinking about going for some Samurai

    I have

Skulls 5001XX size 34 (slim straight) - these don't fit me so well anymore

PBJ-X004 size 34 (bootcut) - these are pretty loose, but they're fun

Thinking about going for a straight, anybody have any favorites?

  11. Hey here's some pics from my PBJ-X004 (bootcut)

I'm horrible at taking pictures of these

Bought them decemberish? I wear these and a pair of skulls which are in the pictures

I wear these with some nike airforce ones and I usually double cuff them and tuck the front behind the tongue of the shoe

probably should have hemmed them, but I'm enjoying it

  12. I can tell you that I looked far and wide for a great bootcut. I've settled on a pair of Iron Heart IH-461S. They are a slight bootcut -- before I got into raw denim I wore a lot of Diesel Zathans and Ruehl Vandams and the 461s are not as flared out as those. I've worn a pair of Nudie Ralphs and they're kinda like that.

And damn they are stubborn -- a 21 ounces, they're pretty heavy. Everything else feels like paper. I love it. Urban battle armor.

A friend of mine has a pair of Studio D'Artisan SD-105s and they looked pretty well cut as well. Similar to the Iron Heart 461s in that they didn't seem really flared.

Do you have any fit pics?

  13. After searching through superdenim for pictures of IH 461's or PBJ XX-04 or Flathead's 3007 I can't find anything. So I thought I'd google it, still nothing.

If I do get lucky and come by a fit picture of bootcuts, it's either the model, or someone who bought them that never came back and posted evo pics

We don't a thread dedicated for this, and the information and pics are scattered all over the place

I'm sure there are some of you guys out there that own some bootcut raw denim
