APC knits are pretty good, but at that price you could buy into SNS or a few other knitwear labels that are even nicer. I can't think off the top of my head of another cream shawl cardigan at that price point though...

Blacks, grays, maybe subdued reds like burgundy. A really dark purple might work if you're a brave man. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Purple#Tyrian_purple:_Classical_antiquity (the color, not the literal sea shell dye) seems like it would be perfect.

i was considering ordering 32s online but now idk....

i just thought that the new cures didn't fit slim enough around my calves, but idk about the PS

Context's measurements:

Waist: 30

Rise: 9.5

Thigh: 10.5

Knee: 7.5

Hem: 7

Mine:

Waist: 31 (Probably just stretch)

Rise: 9

Thigh: 10.5, though it must have been smaller before it stretched.

Knee: 7

Hem: Mine where chopped down to 30", so I can't compare, but the hem measures 6.75

I'm trying to find Geller in Los Angeles. Any ideas?

my size 28s are off by over half of an inch in the knee and rise and one inch in the waist.

I don't trust some of Context's measurements. That said, what I was told by APC themselves was that the New Cure was generally slimmer overall, but the PS was narrower in the top block and perhaps the top of the thigh. The New Cure has a flare at the ankle to help the leg look slimmer.

Any shops in LA carry Robert Geller's denim?

I can't get behind that fit. He needs a different jean.

I've been modifying a stock pattern too. I've changed everything though, including the shape of the armhole, the placement of the shoulder seam, the shape of the body, and the size of the neckband. It's still a work in progress.

I'm not sure how to render 'circle jerk' or 'mutual masturbation', although I'm tempted to use a version of "quid quo pro" for giggles. "All the way to death" is usque ad mortem. I don't know what the Romans called it but I believe The Bible refers to fapping with the Latin "manu stuprare". "Manu stuprare ad mortem" should work, but I haven't touched Latin grammar in years.

Actually, I think "manum stupraret ad mortem" should render "They masturbate to death."
