Hello guys, I have a question about my Virgils i copped this F/W made of black elk suede. I was wondering if they stretch out? I bought a pair of 8's and they are rather tight on my left foot especially around my big toe. I was told that they stretch a good half size to full size. Can anybody confirm? I've only worn them 5 times. I am a size 7.5 in barrie and trubalance lasts but I am size 8 in most other boots.

After much debate I have decided to let go of my Visvim Elmendorf due to the length. I am 5'7 and it is just a tad too long for my tastes. It has been worn very little as it is way to hot in California and I need the money to find a replacement. This jacket is exceptionally well made with great attention to detail (from the Horsehide to the Gortex lining). Asking for $1500 Obo. PM with offers.

my new ones like wearing sheet metal, albeit v beautiful sheet metal......however even after limited wear it is starting to break in a lot better thank fuck....not sure on how materials change but i read that this aw one was a lot thinner? incidentally the recent webstore release of an elmendorf is described as ss13 i think - is it the same? also looks cheaper i believe??

Let me know how it breaks in cause I am contemplating selling mine due to the stiffness. What year is yours? Is it also lengthy? i found that the length on these elmendorfs seems long.

I could not be happier with the fit and quality of the Virgils as they ran TTS for me. However I cannot say the same about my recent 09 Elmendorf (size M (horsehide)) purchase as it is very tight along my back shoulders. I bought it off another member and I believe it may have a total of 20-30 or so wears. Does anybody know approx how many wears it takes to break in or if it will?[/img]
