Just a reminder, introversion and extroversion as a dichotomy (whether your an INTJ, ENFP, etc through methods like Myer Briggs) is not supported by science or psychology . BUT as a spectrum, there is a lot of evidence. Most people though are somewhere in the middle and have some introverted traits and some extroverted traits under different conditions. Few exist on the extreme ends of the scale.

I don't like test like this because labeling yourself has a limiting effect on your potential.

I majored in an unrelated field (psyc/socy) so I think my only chance to get into the industry is certifications. i think entry level jobs like geek squad require a+ as well as other tech support jobs, but as you move up to something like networking/sys admins, you need cisco certs like ccna.

ive been told a+ and networking+ certs are like english degrees. ccna is like a maters in literature. they are miles apart in difficulty.
