Levis LVC 1947 501XX - big E

Tagged 32x38, but I had them hemmed to 34" by the very talented HTC in Hollywood (chain-stiched of course). I tried to photograph the button back, but my digi camera couldn't pull it off. Purchased originally from Cultizm, and I have all the original tags.

These have been hot soaked, and are well worn in- they fit like a true 32.

I'll leave these up here a week, then they go on eBay.

Just happened upon a new ad campaign for Levi's SS09, apparently they have a new 501 cut similar to the lvc 1947. I would personally love to see the 1947 style for less than $100. Not sure if this has been discussed here, or confirmed by any Levis employees.

If they fit like the ads suggest I'll be ecstatic:

Anyone interested in an LVC trade?

I have a pair of 32x36 1967 505's.

cold soaked once, worn about 5 times. Bought these from Cultizm. The denim is still completely raw.

I'm looking for 1947 501's - 31 or 32 waist, almost any length is fine.

RB2140 901 (Black) 54/18 size - the large original wayfarers with grey green (non-polarized) lenses.
