    My Viberg engineers are an 8 1/2D, and they fit me perfectly. I typically take an 8 1/2D in boots (particularly in White's SD), so I don't think this is actually accurate.

    I would email them just to see, but I'm almost positive that's what I was told when I was sizing mine and my E fit like a D. I wear a D in almost everything else too. However I was sizing the short shift w/ packer toe which may fit differently than the engineer....

    The sizing for me was true to size (same as white's, clarks DB, quoddy, and most other boots/shoes) except for the width since their E width fits like a US D. If anything they were slightly snugger compared to my other boots once I put an insole in....I would suggest sizing up a little if you're going for the low profile toe with any sort of reinforcement.

    So I'm in. Basically works out as the standard price with free shipping for me. About $60 off then $20-30 for the HH and $25 for shipping and I'll regret it if I don't. I do want to change my order though:

    leather: black HH

    sole: vibram 705 (brown if available)

    midsole: single natural

    style of boot: 9" engineer w/ standard toe box

    other: pull strap, no celastic toe box, brass roller buckles (are these an extra charge?), logo on front
