  1. Jeans are sanforized so no significant shrinkage.

Only significant change from Ande's original measurements is the length by .5" - waist shrunk about a half inch but they were worn right after soaking so it stretched back out to 32" - every other measurement is accurate to within a tenth of an inch of Ande's original measurements.

  2. For Sale, Best Offers accepted and encouraged as well - trades may be considered (will only sell to people in the continental United States, shipping is included)

Flat Heads yours for $190 OBO

Ande Whall Contest Jeans yours for $185 OBO

or take them both for $359

I have for sale, Ande Whall Contest jeans - Mustang size 31 waist x 34 length and Flat head -F310's 32 waist x 36 length.

Ande Whall's have been worn for TWO Days, first day right after a warm soak and once to work. Unfortunately there were a bit too large for me and I have been unable to put on enough wait for them to work out. The have the contest hair-on-hide patch, Ande's signature and not written on inner pocket and are made from Zimbabwe Cotton.

Flat Head's were soaked and worn for 5 days, hot soaked again, and still a bit too large for my liking. I did remove half of the arcs on the back pocket, one has a quarter inch of blue stitching to protect against any fraying.

For size charts please refer to Self Edge: http://www.selfedge.com/shop/ and http://andewhall.bigcartel.com/.

  3. On the idea of the staggered start: I would vastly prefer it. I would prefer not to receive my jeans and then have to wait until everyone gets organized to wear them. If it matters we can always accommodate it, whether it be separate end dates based on when we receive the jeans, or whatever.

    Just my 2 cents,

    -Festival

I agree with Festival. With the holiday season coming up I'm sure people will be traveling and things will be somewhat hectic; it would make sense to do a rolling start to allow people to begin wearing whenever they receive and then decide whether to set a solid end date for everyone or end one year from first day of wear.

  4. Don't worry, emailing through the website is the correct way to reach Ande. It's almost 6AM in New Zealand right now so I'm sure you will be hearing from Ande later this afternoon.

just emailed Ande this afternoon, but Idk if he'd read it because I don't know his email and I emailed via the website ._,
  5. For Sale - 195 OBO Free shipping within the Continental US. Jeans have been hot soaked once.

F310's - from Self Edge, purchased last November worn 5 times. The jeans have sat in my closest since then.

The only difference/blemish on the jeans is that I removed half of the arcs. Pictures will be posted later this evening/tomorrow morning; feel free to send a message with a phone number/email and I will send you some preliminary pictures that are on my phone later this afternoon.

  7. As long as you didn't soak them I would recommend talking to Kiya. APC's are vanity sized, 32's are 33/34 waist. The SEXI08's are 1 size up in the waist-TTS after shrinking during first soak. You should measure your favorite fitting pair of jeans waist then size according to that and the measurements on Self Edge.

  8. but if you look at the ns vs the nc (in size 30 for sake of ease) ns has thigh = 10.75 knee= 8.5 where nc has thigh = 11.5 knee=8.

Context's chart is wrong for the NS, if you use the search function you can find accurate size charts throughout the thread. The NC have an 11" thigh at a 30. NS are 11.5" thigh, 8.25" knee, 7.75" hem and rise of 10.75". Also, the reason most fits seem so tight with the new cures is that sizing down just one usually results in an overall inch loss in the thigh. Sizing down 4 in NS gives you a similar fit to sizing down 2 in NC.
