how do naked and famous weird guys fit compared to the shearer jeans?

im thinking about getting some shearers.

I wear a size 31 in both shearers and weird guy. You can find fit pics of both in my old posts

I bought them last august but they've been rotated between my N&F and my imperials so maybe about 4 months of actual wear? washed a couple times I believe and 2 very very cold soaks (got caught in the rain a couple of times during those storms a couple months back)

I sized down one from my normal size.

30 in 316 SL

31 in Imperial Shearer

but my actual waist (where the jeans sit) is 34...

N&F are vanity sized so they started at a 32, not 30.

My tagged size 31 Weird Guys (33" actual waist) have stretched to about a 35 after a year+ of wear

dont forget to reconsider that shearer is a bit carrot cut IMHO...

Think more of a "carrot" than the N&F weird guys?? I really like the way that they fit right now. I feel that the Dukes would not be tapered enough from the knee down but the Shearers would be TOO tapered from the knee down just based off of measurements

I'm contemplating between Dukes in 32 or Shearers in 32.

I love the fit of the N&F and I wish I could say the same for the 3sixteens but I can't. I feel they are not tapered enough from the knee down

I want to be able to button these up no problem the first time. I don't want it to be skin tight and difficult to get on and take off.
