  1. ^^^ see, when i had my underxcut i was trying to find a product that would let my hair fall if my moved my head too fast or leaned over ala james darmody in boardwalk but couldnt find anything, all the stuff i used made my hair hard and crunchy.

maybe something with a lighter hold...hair dressing?

  2. looking for a pomade recommendation...

my hair is wavy/curly and pretty resilient so the stronger the hold the better

must be water soluble, not too much sheen...preferably something w/ a matte finish

    the cheaper the better

  3. Bought awhile ago but never worn because i always wear my bomber

Price: $250 $240 shipped within the states

if shipping outside of the states there will be an additional charge for the cost of shipping

full disclosure: there are some small insignificant marks on the left shoulder...they're negligible and people won't notice them...they're so insignificant that they can't be seen on the other pics...even before i resized (originally 1600x1200)

specific measurements can be taken upon request

  4. can anyone suggest something to use to make my hair less curly and more wavy??

it's not super curly but once it gets to a certain length it becomes more curly than wavy

i've been using crew fiber molding creme but it's getting to long on the top for that

  5. Mr. Ducktail's pomade by Hairgum would work best for you. It gives you just the right amount of hold, doesn't harden, gives you a good amount of sheen, but not too much. It's a great all around pomade, that everyone should try. It's a great pomade, in between everything else.

Hairgum USA is giving my blog a promo-code, for 30% off of everything. The code will be up until the 4th of July. But...

The code isn't live just yet. It'll be up in a few days or so.

But 30% off is really fuckin good. As most codes companies give bloggers is usually under 20% and only for a single weekend.

may be a bit too much sheen for me

also, though my hair is shorter i may go through something like that too quickly if you used 1/8 the tin in one shot

to give you an idea of what i want to do w/ my hair reference this pic:

    shia-labeouf-wall-street-money-never-sleeps-Kmnf66.jpg

i'll probably keep it a little shorter on the sides though

  6. thinking about getting my hair cut

    usually get it like this

    Ioniy.jpg

kind of would rather keep it a bit longer but don't really know what to do w/ it when it gets wavy up top...pic for reference

don't want to use any product that gives it a wet look...has to look mature and clean and professional for work

  7. just got the s001 selvedge jeans

they're not stiff which is what i expected...they're fairly soft actually

    anyone elses pair like this??

maybe they changed them this season but i remember seeing s002 selvedge jeans at the store before and they were stiff from what i remember...i didn't try them on or anything so i could be wrong

  8. anyone know if the soho store is currently carrying the slim fit selvedge jeans??

anyone have a pair to advise on fit?

no selvedge jeans are listed under their product search but it seems like they always have the regular fit selvedge jeans stocked at the store

  9. got my 32/34 '67 505's i got in the mail the other day...they were a bit of an impulse buy from end clothing w/ a 25% off coupon code...the 33/34 is a lil' sloppy in the waist after stretching a bit

took pics of both...size 33/34 on left and 32/34

    2il0sj.jpg

    16lw78.jpg

measurements are pretty much the same except the waist...

    33/34 32/34

    waist 17.75 16

    front rise 11 11

    back rise 16 15.25

    inseam 34.5 33.5 (surprised me a bit)

    opening 8.25 8.25

    knee 8.75 8.25

the knees are obviously stretched a lil' bit on the 33/34 though

  10. That's interesting. Would be really cool if the one I am going to get is Cone Denim.

BY THE WAY - there is a up to 40% off sale on LVC at Endclothing.co.uk now. I got the last 34" 505's there for 79 pounds! There are some 1947's on sale but only a few sizes left. Grab em quick!

    Edit:

I see on EndClothing they say the denim on the 1967 505's is 12oz red selvage (doesn't state what denim), on Hanon-shop it says 14.5oz, Denim made in USA, jean constructed in the EU, and on Cultizm is says 14.5oz Kaihara denim.

    Confusing..

    that's under $120 shipped to the states...only 32x32 left

  11. Endclothing have 25% all stock use code SECRETSALE25 until 18th, they have some LVC in stock.

i bought a pair of '67 505's on an impulse this morning before work

not sure if i should say thank you or fuck you

  12. What's a good source for belt buckles? I'm looking for a clipped corner buckle but as far as I can tell nothing local to me sells good buckles so I may have to look online.

you can always use ebay...that site someone linked i think it's a minimum $15 order anyways

got a couple of corter belts in the mail the other day...

applied mink oil to the black one so the dye wouldn't bleed and to get rid of that dull look...decided to clean and condition my dogs collar as well which i got a few weeks ago

  13. anyone know how the 1967 505xx fits? I know it's preshrunk, size down?

    i have a pair from s/s 2010

i think they're a half inch bigger in the waist maybe then the 2009 pairs but that slight variance may differ pair to pair since it's so insignificant

you could go TTS or size down an inch i would say
