if you're worried about sizing, a size 3 should fit. i own the exact same piece and im usually on the large end of a size 44, 45ish. its a really neat piece, the fabric folds well and you can make a really awesome avant garde silhouette if you pull the excess fabric around the neck over your head like a hood. edgy, but still posh. looks great layered under a blouson of similar style.

there is a tailor shop at the top floor of westlake mall. they do an excellent job. i got a suit tailored there and the work was superb.
