BTW, I've been trying to search the treads on the fit of the 55s and couldn't find much. Anyone know how they fit in comparison to say the Okinawas?

I think based on the reading I've done through this thread, the 55 is a boxier fit with a wider seat/thigh area and normal/wide leg. Then again I'm just a noob. I did see one fit pic in this thread and to me they look damn near perfect and not baggy or extra loose. Making the decision all the much harder for me.

I ordered the Okis but now I'm getting tempted by those '66 and '55s plus a shirt I missed.

They are some nice jeans. How do they fit? I think most of my wardrobe will end up being ralph lauren if these fit as well as some of their shirts(not tees).

I'm 6'0 and around 150 pounds, my Nudie Average Joes (don't flame me, they are a great fit) are size 29x34. What size should I get for the 1947 raw unwashed?

Wow I'm 6'0" 160 lbs. I think and wear like a 34 or 33 in levis I must be getting fat. I think you should size down one if you aren't going to wash right away because they'll stretch. Or regular size if you wash when you get them and wear them. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

If anyone has any 1955's I was thinking of getting those, anyone recommend or know about fit?

What's pre-made already, I'm looking for a natural leather belt. Somebody else was supposed to be making me one but I haven't heard back from him.
