looks to me like it's missing the top part of the button. you should send them back. it's already pretty obvious from the fit pics that the middle button isn't buttoned, and it's only going to get worse as the jeans stretch with wear. won't be able to return 'em then.

No I dont know if you can tell but one of them is gold. Will a middle button change the fit that much that its worth it? Or can I just run to any tailor....

The 3rd button down (on the fly) is one of the gold thinks that is on say, the back pocket as you can see in the picture or the 5th pocket. It doesn't have one of the things you can use to button it...its just not there.

Okay, but seriously I'm kinda big I wear around a 33-34 in average denim jeans. Im 6 1 and weigh about 185 pounds. Large biker thighs, chaps arent an option. What fit/size would the average Clinton supporter wear...what size should I wear, I don't want something super tight but like the look of having some accented stacking.
