i just received my Canon 30D to replace my XTI, that i'm selling on eBay. I cannot put the Xti in my hands anymore, it feels like a plastic toy for kids. I hope i'll get nearly as much as I paid for my 30D for my xti on eBay.

30D is a solid camera. I've had mine since a month or so after it was released...I can't seem to find a reason to upgrade because my photos have been so darn solid! I think you'll enjoy it....good purchase!

Are you looking at like a backpack style or a messenger?

Crumpler/Timbuk2 makes good synthetic one. Otherwise, look into Tumi. It's solid stuff at a decent price.

Got a pair of Nudie Average Joe 30x34 that I just bought from a nice guy off SF. I purchased them recently to make into a project pair, but an RRDS came up and that's the fit I truly wanted. They have around 15 wears in them, and all fading is highlighted. They have never been washed.

I used to have a wide variety of glasses from Gucci to Chrome Hearts, now I exclusively have Oliver Peoples and Mosley Tribes (more specifically, 3 pairs of OPs and 3 pairs of the Mosley Tribes Pilot in different lenses and frames).

I can not stress the beauty of the VFX polarized glass lens. Check it out in a store sometime before you make a purchase!

My "inside source" says the Blackberry Storm will be available on 11/2 from the Verizon website and 11/16 in stores. While I'd like to get a Bold for the keyboard, I can't justify leaving the Verizon network for it. I'll be buying a Storm on the 2nd!

I'm new to this forum and an avid watch lover. As such, if it hasn't been recommended enough, I am under the firm belief that a stainless steel or two tone Rolex is by far the most versatile and rugged watch for everyday use and wear.

In the meantime, I look forward to reading through this watch thread. I've owned close to 150 watches in the past two years from all different brands (mostly middle-upper class, the lowest being a Tag Heuer..which honestly has lesser quality than an entry level Seiko or Citizen), so I look forward to answering questions and contributing.
