That sounds like a really good tip, I was trying to figure out how to cure that problem and thought maybe I would attach another piece of fabric along the zipper but that probably would've gotten me nowhere. Thanks

you are actually not that far off you can put a non stretch ribbon where you are going to sew your zipper i use grosgrain or tailors tape then put your zip on. but it can give thickness so i try and avoid it

there is no way those jeans are waist size 40cm

i just re measured a pair of jeans and unfortunately they are not going to fit which sucks. sorry sorry sorry

ok and how are you measuring the wasit band is it center front to center front or is it from the start of the under lap to the end of the over lap?? are they the womens fit??
