Relapsed earlier this week at my new job, turns out it's BPD and not just depression/anxiety.  Getting better at handling it by not losing my shit completely in public.  The meds help a lot   I need a more stable work environment though

The best part is if you forget to wash them after a month of wear they still won't smell

The only thing is they fall apart quicker so I would get merino baselayers with a spandex mix esp if they fit snug like long johns
