  1. repairneeded.jpg

    SEXFH05BSP 11 months.

i decided to let my inhibitions go and join a game of limbo, limbo, limbo. crotch area was already stressed. turns out that forward hip-thrust motion was the straw that broke the camel's back. gonna take them in to get repaired later today. enjoy the peepshow.

  2. small questions thread!

a quick google search yielded "A twill weave cotton fabric that is soft but tough as nails. Bull Denim is durable and heavy, takes dye well with very good results. Not stiff like canvas."

  3. i also ended up cold soaking my jeans on a whim today. so sunny out, but they still ended up not drying out completely. good thing its the exact 4 month anniversary. No CF card right now so no pictures, but i'll try to get some up tomorrow.

  4. yeah. i'm not one to spend a lot of money on shoes. my friend gave those to me (mainly because i have no money), and i've been wearing them forever. they're nice and broken in.

  5. Received my 1001's from SE today. I went TTS (32) as recommended on here... not sure how I feel about the fit:

    1.JPG2.JPG

As you can see the top block is very roomy. The waist is comfortable but there is tons of room in the thighs, contrary to what the SE size chart suggests. They're a little tight at the knees, but I'm not too concerned about that.

I want these to be fairly fitted through the thigh but I'm concerned whether a hot soak (+ hot dry?) will be enough to get the fit I'm going for. Right now I'd need to shrink 0.5" off the thighs... I'd definitely feel safer starting with 31s and doing a cold/warm soak.

This is my first pair of Flat Heads so I'm not sure how much shrinkage I'll get, although ~1" in the waist seems to be the norm (a little less for the thighs)...

Any advice on whether I should stay TTS or size down?

    are you chris' friend?

a hot soak will shrink it quite a bit, so the waist might be compromised and uncomfortable, but the rest of it should fit a lot better.

  6. question bro, im kinda new to superfuture.

so i got a pair of Uniqlo selvage jeans and it was when i didnt know jeans stretch out as you wear them so i got my size in size 32, but now it fits like a 34 but with a belt its fine. i wear them alot now and my honeycombs, whiskers, the fades and all look really nice but the thing is i never soaked them in hot water when i bought them. im afraid that if i soak them they will shrink to my exact size but it will mess up the fades. will it mess up my fades?

and please give me some tips on what to do after the hot soaking of the jeans. thank you so much.

its basically your choice. i don't know much about uniqlo selvage, but if there's shrinkage left, your fades won't align the same. so you can either have baggier, looser fitting jeans that have the same fades, or you can shrink them, get a fit you like, and make new fades. sometimes you just gotta learn the hard way, so next time you spend more money on denim, you'll know to pre-soak your jeans.

  7. i personally think a solid, well-constructed leather belt is nice to have as most cheap(er) belts i've had tend to fall apart after a couple months.

  8. i think the problem is in the picture, not the denim. you're not wearing a shirt with the ns, while the flannel you're wearing with the ps is a little billowy so its a weird contrast seeing your skinny legs come out of it. its probably just the pictures though. nice purchase.
