some older (2005-2006?) 1901 has a blueline selvage. One of many mistakes Levi´s made. Check the wash care label.

501 - 1978: 3 months wear, 1 wash, 1 shower.

they are 78s so it´s a more slimmer cut, almost the same as 505 but with a lower waist, and I have no problem with my 505s, 66s or 47s.

no, you probably were wearing them too tight.

no, actually the top block sits pretty loose. It´s the first time this happen to me and I have been wearing different LVC jeans for a long time.

Is it normal that the crotch gets all riped up after 2 months of wear? ..or just poor denim?

my jeans (501 - 1978) are falling apart already after approx. 2,5 months of wear. the denim and the "construction" was pretty lame. dont think they gonna last for this competition.

A prewashed leather-jacket from Levi´s archive. A masterpiece I must say!

There will also be a prewashed duck..1902 I think (two pockets). I will post more product-pictures later.

We will find this shirt in LVC s/s-2010.

On the 2 horse patch say 50155-0116 instead 501XX. A miss print back in the 50´s that was picked up in the LVC SS2006. nice 14oz denim.

I hemmed them to short by accident so now they just lying and doing no good

1954: 12Oz (12,5oz?) Cone Mill Denim.

1955 differs..I´ve got "the fault edition" that is made of 14oz Kurabo denim. But think the most common is 12 / 12,5Oz Cone Mill.

So its a miss print 1954 XX501 in the Fall Winter Inside Out catalog?
