Here ya go - http://supertalk.sup...8-lvc-catalogs/
thank you! this is perfect. i'm surprised levi's has been so unhelpful, they basically told me 'we can provide you with nothing' and wouldn't even answer basic questions about the LVC brand history and development.

hey sufu peeps, this is a strange question, but does anyone know a good source for older LVC (early 2000s, late 90s) lookbooks? I'm a graduate student and I'm writing a paper on levi's/LVC, and the levi's archivist has been really unhelpful

Purchased these from Blue in Green for $295, and wore them for maybe 3 weeks. The only noticeable fading is on the back pockets and the beginning of some lap fades. Awesome denim, just prefer slimmer cuts.
These are the O/W model and have had a 20 min hot soak.
I'm looking for $205 shipped
Measurements:
Waist: 17.5"
Rise: 10.5"
Thigh: 12"
Knee: 9"
Hem: 8"
Inseam: 33"
I'd say the color is a little darker than that in the first few pictures. A definite rich dark blue.

SExSC06s.
Thanks to Jay at Blue Owl workshop for snapping some pictures while doing a bunch of repair work.
A year of constant wear, then intermittent wear since. A lot of washes.

this is probably the coolest thread I've read on any forum. will definitely be picking up this book!

This seems like the best thread to ask, and since Alden repairs came up..
About a year ago I purchased a pair of barrie lasted 2 hole chukka boots in brown suede. after about 6 months of wearing them (probably 2-3 times a week on non-consecutive days, treed in between), the glove leather lining inside tore along the heel region. I brought them back to the Alden store where I purchased them, and they sent them back to the factory free of charge for repair. After six weeks they showed up at my door, and unfortunately their 'repair' was to glue a thin piece of leather over the damage area, making a sort of patch. Even worse after about a week of wear the patch began to peel off. I ended up bringing the boots to a separate cobbler and having the patch glued on, but sadly its coming off again, and the leather around the patched area is starting to fray.
Any suggestions? Does Alden have a lifetime repair/return policy for factory defects?

Skull 5010xx 6x6 Raw, 34
I bought these raw STF and soaked them, then wore them twice before it got to hot. I had slated these for my next pair of jeans to wear heavily, but picked up a pair of Rag & Bone 15s that I like slightly more. I do not have an issue keeping these, though, so the price will be firm. I had these hemmed, by chainstitch, to 35" post soak.
Price is firm at $165 shipped
Measurements:
Waist: 34"
Rise: 10"
Thigh: 12"
Knee: 8.5"

I don't really post on Sufu but have sold 100+ things on styleforum and have a ton of good ebay rep

Here's a fit pic now, they are super comfortable. You can see some of the fading at the knee/lap/hem, was going to take full pictures, but it's like 20 degrees outside

I've been wearing mine every day since they came out. Some really nice lap/knee/stack fading so far. I will get unlazy and get some pictures up.

The new RRL fit (Low Straight) is really fucking cool. I snagged a washed (with minor distressing.. I know I know) pair in a khaki/olive/dark mix... really sweet, and like 70% off.
Hopefully I can get some pictures up after they get hemmed.
