Do I wear 31 in washed MIJ 19cm?

i've heard you should size up 1 from your mij raw size for mij washed.

I got the size 29 and i coudlnt fit in them haha! So I wanted to change to size 30 but there wasnt any so I took the Size 31 instead

post stretch they might be too big.

i thought this was a neat shot of my dior indigo raws. obviously shopp'd to death, but I tried to keep the color tone accurate. these go from being greenish blue to a nice deep indigo after their first wash.
