  1. Just got this jacket in the mail. Does not fit as the sizing is one size smaller this season (dumb).

    I bought it from hibrid.si but mrporter has better pictures.

    I bought it for $1172 and that is what I'll be asking +shipping (paypal sent as gift) as to break even - I can even show you the receipt.

    Only available for the next few days as I will just return it if no one wants this deal.

    It's a size 52 but as I stated, it fits a whole size small so fits like a Rick 50.

    I would GLADLY trade for a size 54.

  2. Does anyone have a link to a good diet that helps on building a lean body? I'm not going for bulk and am fairly fit already, just needing a diet to push me through.

    You got the amount of muscle mass you already want but want to drop body fat? Just eat less.

    I don't know why people get so hung up on each "new" diet that comes out. Just eat more or eat less and keep your macros in line with your goals. Ain't rocket science!

  3. Started new second job yesterday.

    Cons:

    • Pays less than average for an analyst position

    Pros:

    • 44 PTO days (22 vacation days, 10 sick days, 12 holidays)
    • Office has no dress code
    • Nice manager who tells me to make sure not to stay longer than my hours
    • Flexible arrival time
    • 20 minute drive to work
    • Parking lot

  5. There is no best way for every single person but I feel the very good way for most guys is just a simple linear periodization and pounding assistance work for sticking points and size.

    Basically keeping it simple, consistency, and, most importantly, just busting your ass under the bar.

    Edit: Actually, come to think of it. It would be a waste on me since I would only use it for one day (two days tops).

  7. Just got to work out with a friend (Jason Manenkoff) today at his gym (Iron Arena).

    Great stuff. Dude competes in the 165-pound class and is a benching monster. He's ranked 3rd in the U.S. for 165 raw bench at the moment - I think a 385-395 in competition. He's also got a strong deadlift and squat too. 540 deadlift in competition (550+ deadlift training). Easy 405 squat in training too - he's only seriously been squatting for about 6 months or so (on and off here and there before that).

    Having him egg me on made me pull a 505x3 today. Not bad. Then pulled 405x12 and then 365 and 315 for about 10 each.

    My back is torched.

    I'm thankful to have so many elite level powerlifters to talk to if I need help.
