Anyone know a good tailoring / alterations / chainstitching place in the west side of Germany?
alterations could do any tailor in your town... but i dont know of any places in west germany that can do a chainstitch. In NL there is Benzak, Denham and Tenue de Nimes that got a chainstitcher and in Berlin there is DC4. So do a weekend trip... thats my plan D:

it's all about the cut and sizing down. if you were your jeans looser you won't get a blowout that fast. too much agitation causes cotton too age and break. it's wanted in case of honeycombs and rather unwanted in the crotch. but thats part of the cotton game.
but if you want to buy a jeans that doesn't blow out, go to your next motobike gear shop and buy some kevlar-reinforced jeans ;-)

Thanks salaami, the S510XX AI-N have really made me appreciate denim more as a whole.
I'll admit it was somewhat frustrating at first seeing people pull out high contrast fades on their jeans after 6 months when mine could have been ironed out and probably resold as brand new, but now I'm glad they're so stubborn. Natural Indigo at it's darkest is really something special. Frankly, I don't think these will ever get washed!
i wouldn't wear them too long without a wash. washing vitalizes the denim and makes it last longer. no washing for 6+ months hurts the denim, which can cause praecox crotch blowouts.

currently drinking a leffe blonde, nice full bodied beer with a great booze. my body temperature rised cause of the high ABV, great effect.
@B-Dawg
i'd really appreciate to taste your american micro brews, but right now i'm not at the legal drinking age of america, so a beer-tour threw the states doesn't make sense for me.

tastes pretty light and balanced, a bit like chocolate beans, the aftertaste is coffee-esque. the color is a nice red. after the pour you receive a nice offwhite head which lasts about a minute. i disagree that this brew is fullbodied it lacks in sweetness and warmth and could deserve a little more booze. all in all this is a nice brew which isn't that strong as guinness.
cheers
