^^ Loving those, Repeater, nice vintage looking.

No need to rush. They're beautiful.
Thanks, here's hoping - I just don't think I'm treating them mean enough !
I need to get a bike and cycle to work.
Or run suicidally around the country side Bear Grylls style !

cross post from Evisu thread :
Just a little update - these 2 were taken in July after about 6 months and 1 wash. You can see their super slubby nature quite clearly and some bright blue peeking through. I think I am going to wash alot more frequently now.
I like contrasty jeans but prefer the more vintage washed out look with nice wear. Whether these'll look that way remains to be seen. more updates when enough change is visible.
They are just so damned tough though, I've been crawlng over solid floors, concrete, gardening, playing on the carpet with the dog ! - they are just so stubborn !

@ APDZ > They have been washed once and have softened quite considerably now - you just have to let them know who's in charge !
I wear them pretty much every day, there have been perhaps 4 days of non wear over the last few months, so hopefully will look little better on their next wash.
I'll post up as soon as there is something to look at. They are nice heavy jeans though, tough to fade !

...quick update :
Just washed my deluxe, I could smell myself today so decision made to bring a little freshness into those deluxe heavyweights.
There is def some visible wear now and the variation in the fabric due to the slubbiness is rather grand.
Pics to follow, some shrinkage too they were a bitch to button up after coming out the washing machine but I had to try and get some shape into them while on the line.

getting rid of these, cut is not good for me !
W40 L36 washed once probably only about 3months of wear.
Won't be seeing these again:
Hope someone can make them work for them, bit on the skinny side for me.
Just thought I'd post em up here, plenty of life left in them, combs were just starting to develop.

Nice pics Tek, good work.
How you getting on with the Deluxe pair?
And check your PMs...
Cheers CTB, got your mail - pm'd !
The deluxe are coming on slow but sure, been decorating, crawling around and painting in them, as well as wearing every day to work.
The backside will probably wear out first !!

Sorry but the daicock looks gross to begin with and the fade doesn't look good at all. How is it that with a chainstiched hem that you didn't get roping?
I guess the triple stiching is kind've cool.
I guess you could say morbid curiosity, but alas you can't polish a turd.

they turned out pretty well +rep
Thanks, I think they are at the beginning of their evo though really.
Time for someone to enjoy them more than me. Thanks BTW for the +rep.

A while later and after around 5 or 6 washes take today 23/05/09:
So there you go, some pics for a change from me.
I never really like these but had to give them a go, just hope some one buys them and really wears them to death !

...just to keep a record. W42
These haven't been worn for months.
I'm not keen on their 'low cut' as such, only 4 fly buttons had about 6 months wear and about 6 washes.
Flogging them on the bay for cheapo, real cheapo.
Bit of evo

...just sticking my toe in here again, on the lurk !
My 'deluxe super heavies 'are starting to show small signs of wear after a few months, still not what I would warrant photographing yet, but so much softer than before.
When there's something worth showing I'll drop some images in.
CTB you turned into the EVISU GOD
We never did meet up in London - maybe sometime eh?
Anyhow - nice pics and thread folks - keep on keeping on.
Cheerio for now, back next time with pics.

UK Fresh '86 best ever and can never be topped for me.
Raw fresh hip hop from a fledgling scene all under the one roof Wembley July 19 1986
Hearing DJ Cheese transformer scratch brought the roof down - amazing.
Flash,Bambaataa,Word of Mouth, Jekyll & Hyde, Sir Mixalot, Mantronix, Steady B,Starsky the list goes on.
Pioneers.
23 years on and nothing has come close to it yet.
Best ever can never ever be topped ever.

Evo-tease:
Worn my Deluxe Heavyweight a couple of times, starting to just about soften, and the electric blue coming through is divine !
Didn't think I'd fall in love with these jeans but I am smitten.
Lovely.
Pics up when alot more wear has taken place, I have high hopes.
over & out

... and props to you for doing so my good fellow !
All part of the interesting tapestry of Evis/u wares over the years.

It has to be said I hate black jeans, and these sadly, are no exception.
There is just something inherently wrong with black denim, I have yet to see a pair of any make cut or condition that I like.
I think I mean to say I am not overly liking these !

PRPS
in superdenim
Barracuda = Slim fit
Impala = Regular/loose fit
GTO= bootcut/kicker
Changed their names last season.
The raw & rinse are great for SuFu.
I personally like the distressed - the most comfortable jeans I ever owned. I do have about a dozen or so other Raw too though.
I always seem to go back to PRPS for their comfort & shape, then again I'm not a tight jean fan - I've ALWAYS loved them loose.
You might also wantto check some of the Barney's outlets in the US as they had some insane cheap Raw PRPS ($75 !!!!)
Sadly none in my size but cheap as fuck ! - no brainer.

hello folk - I know been off the radar for some while, the deluxe are bloody lovely, not worn them for about a year though, must get back on that wagon.
Had/have a lot of heavy shit going on right now so massive apologies for being sparse round here.
Will be back some time with photos of those deluxe, probably beat them up some more and give 'em a nice wash ! They feel great though, great denim.
