    145>160> 155 (where I am now) 5'11

Although numerical weight is hard to nail down for me because there's always food in my stomach.

I've always had a monstrous appetite. At 145 I was eating at least 3000 calories a day. I decided to put on muscle so I upped it to 5000 and put on some fat. Then I cut back down to a little below maintenance , like somewhere below 2000-3000 calories, and now I'm back to just eating whatever I want.

I took these pics to document any changes if they happened. I was getting comments about how I went from skinny to not so skinny, which I guess makes sense. Here's what was actually going on underneath. I don't think its super impressive, but I think there's a marked enough change and I like where I am.

edit: (My nipples and belly button look like '.' )

curious about your routine...did you work legs at all?

    lookin good tho so lean

  2. can anyone here reccomend a good thermogenic

i was looking into hot-rox by biotest

been hitting up the cardio for quite some time now, with moderate results (45 min a day)

want something to take it over the edge, yes i do lift, and i lift hard, so gaining muscle is not a problem, but losing fat always is

basic e/c (ephedrine/caffeine) is the cheapest and most reliable thermogenic

you can pick it up at any pharmacy basically

hot-rox is pretty decent but its overpriced in terms of what you can get out of plain e/c

also if losing fat is the main goal then diet should be your main concern. Seriously, unless you're taking shit like DNP then thermogenics would only equate to 1 lb of fat loss per month

  3. jus checking here but strength will be emphasized, not size, if you do low reps with heavy weights while eating at a caloric deficit right? i don't wanna give up my precious squats and deads but i also don't wanna not fit in my jeans

  4. Under $70

    IEM/Earbud

1-JVC Marshmallow (FX33, 34) ($15) Bassy, recessed mids and highs. I love them with rock. Great value. Kramer mod helps these a lot.

    1-Creative ep630 ($23)

1-JVC Air Cushion ($30) These sound similar to the marshmallows, but with better detail and no recessed mids/highs.

1-Sennheiser cx300 ($30) Lovely midrange, and very strong bass (although uncontrolled) Highs are the weakness of this phone.

    1-Yuin pk3 ($39)

    1-Jays j-jays ($50)

    1-Shure e2c ($60)

    1-Crossroads Mylarone x3i/xbi ($57 and $65)

    1-Yuin pk2 ($69)

1-Etymotic er6 ($70) Very detailed. Good mids/highs. Slightly lacking the bass department

    1-Ultimate Ears Super.Fi.3 ($70)

1-V-moda Vibe($70) Very muddy, not a lot of detail. no highs to speak off.

    2-Altec Lansing im716 ($100) Currently on sale @buy.com for $49

    Open Headphone

1-Koss KSC75/35 (Clip-on) ($13) Very good value. Some bass bloat, good mids and sparkly highs.

    1-Sennheiser px100 ($33)

    1-Koss Portapro ($35)

    1-Sennheiser HD515 ($60)

1-Grado sr-60 ($69) Wonderful liquid mids! Amazing with guitars. Not harsh to me, but to some. Lacking in bass.

    Closed Headphone

    1-Sennheiser HD201 ($22)

1-AKG k81dj ($54) Bassy dj headphone. Better with some damping. Good for rap and Hip-Hop
