I have a pair of 5000bks I LOVE, but want to get another pair of Sams for summer. Debating between Jins or USA's or 0500's.

The 5000 cut is perfect fit for my 50ish stubby (36 waist 30 inseam) bod style. I am intrigued by the Texas Cotton 0500's but I am thinking the rise is too high because jeans sag down naturally on me...

Are these Jins going to be less comfortable for summer wear than the USA's and 0500s?

Aren't they not as slubby textured than the others?

I was very reluctant to get the USA's because of the cinchback. Turns out it actually looks great and I havent had any issues with it at all. I still havent washed them, but I think that might be comming soon. LOVE THEM.

Ps. I cant get the darn pics I took to work, if someone gives me some advice I can get them up.

I'm less than a month in on mine, but they are looking very promising already.

I haven't had any issue with the cinchback, and like how it looks.

Do any of you guys w/ USA's have issues with the cinchback pinching or being uncomfortable?

I think I read in the original Sammie thread that one dude removed his because of pinching.

not wash, but hot soaked them twice. im used to panzy dior denims and the 19oz or whatever they are is a bit intense. im riding it out though.

I am surprised. I have been wearing my 5000bks for a month everyday. Comfortable as can be and have never itched. I am in the cold country though, so maybe that's what I have to look forward to when it warms up...
