  1. That after 7 PM shit is an old wives tale unless you're going to bed at 9 PM.

    edit - I am currently cycling creatine monohydrate but will stuff like Cell Mass really make that much of a difference? My diet is relatively bulletproof, and I rarely drink so that doesn't seem to set me back much. And I'm not seeing the gains I want :(

  2. what I'm trying to do is gain muscle mass/strength. I thought something might be off with my reps as it seemed as though I didn't gain much, but who knows. Weight has stayed the same for the last month.

  3. I got a new shirt, that amazingly fits me perfectly, sleeve length, body length and fit. I would LOVE to buy some more that fit like this, but have run into a problem. I received it as a gift from relatives and it is a european medium and from a company i never heard of before, Tom Tailor.

    Any suggestions to American companies that have the same cut/fit like Tom Tailor or at least the american equivalent to a euro medium?

  4. ya, i do a lot of reps per set already. pretty much go until failure on the last set. I'm working with dumbbells too. 'cause I lost the benching bar.

    Barbell?

    You can do incline, flat, then decline for chest if you can't increase weight. Decline definetely makes it harder, so try that.

    Well I haven't had these long enough to judge build quality i guess, but I am comfortable in them. I don't think its exactly what the OP is looking for though.

    edit - they are cheap though right now.
