  1. Hi guys,

I'm looking to buy the SG3105 but i having trouble on the sizing. I'm wearing a Momotaro 0705SP and Railcar X002, both in size 30. I was wondering if i can fit into a size 30 3105 post soak. Any recommendations?

  2. You mean you don't soak your vintage label (which are unsanforized) at all before wearing?

The waist isn't the issue most of the time. The thigh area is. Second, both models you mentioned are one wash, eliminating a lot of shrinkage, making the fabric softer and more pliable.

  3.  Is there a tight straight model for Ooe-Yofukuten?

The website looks to be in transition at the moment, under the previous site there was a link to the on-line shop for the few 'ready made' sizes that they have/had in available fabrics but with the site down I can't link it.

Normal process is to e-mail them and they then send you the order books from which you select one of the stock cuts (e.g. lots 01XX, 02, S03 etc) pick fabric and other options (thread, rivets, buttons etc) if you so choose, or just stick to what they use on a standard cut in your chosen denim.

Waiting time now is in excess of 6 months.

  4. As much as some would say Momotaro doesn't stretch much, I would beg to differ. I own a Copper Label G017-MB (size 29) and a GTB 0705sp (size 30).

The pre-wear measurements for both on BlueOwl is almost spot on.

After a fair bit of wear, the waist for both stretched to fit me nicely. The tight area for the Copper Label was initial tight but now it is now perfect. Both have been soaked in cold water twice. If anyone is interested in post measurements, I would be happy to oblige.

  5. Hi,

Does anyone has the post soak measurements of a 3001 in size 30? Preferably using BIG method.

And is there a similar fit to the 3001 but with a button fly?

FYI: I can fit well into a size 30 Momotaro GTB 0705SP. I'm more concerned about the thighs and backrise for the 3001.

    Thanks.
