Im interested in this brand but im concerned about sizing, i usually wear a size 30, do these shrink alot or what?

I just got a pair of skulss and the sticching on the right leg was all messed up, it looked like it was pinched? if that makes sense... its not terribly noticeable but you can notice it... what should i do?
