  1. Well, I just finished my first race ever. Half-marathon at 1:46.  I have to say that within the past months, running has definitely made a huge impact on my life. I quit smoking and now run 3-4 times a week. The biggest difference is the energy that I have throughout the day.

Can anyone recommend a shoe for long distance running (20+ miles)?

  2. I see some of you have the Nike Flyknit Racers. What is your opinion on them? I was thinking about snatching them, but the price tag is the main reason holding me back.

Currently, I have the nike 3.0 v2, but am in need of a new pair of running shoes as they are looking pretty bad.

  3. Checked out the collection yesterday and was disappointed in the quality for the most part. I think the biggest letdown for me was the wool blazer. I do have faith in the mens fleece that has yet to be released though.

Picked up some nice short sleeve dress shirts which were on sale for $10 instead

  4. I have to say that the UU cotton blazer has been one of the best purchases I've made this year. I've been wearing it nonstop.

I wasn't really impressed with the other pieces, but hopefully F/W will have some winners.

  5. I've heard good things about Juno as well from friends.

While we wait for the Thomas' much anticipated list, anyone have some decent stores I can check out around Seoul? I'm coming from Migeum and want to make a day out of it. I've checked out Myeongdong and Dongdaemun already.

  6. Damn those Nike air flows look like they could be pretty dope.

*also, do you guys wear socks with them?

I've been wearing mine without socks occasionally and they've got to the point where they smell horrible. I'll probably throw them in the wash this weekend and hopefully that will help.

  7. These ARE hard to find!

Try eBay for v2 if you are still interested. Copped mine for about 65 bucks shipped. I bought them purely for aesthetic purposes (I'm a fan of a more slim/simple silhouette) and the 5.0 just seemed to bulky. Turned out to be a very good decision.

  8. ok, nike free 3.0 v3s, anyone know if they're durable and will last me a while?

I have had the 3.0 v2 for about a year. Used them 8 hours a day for the past couple months inside the gym running, jumping, etc and they are still in great shape.

Honestly I can't recommend these enough. By far the most comfortable, lightest shoe I've ever owned. I'll definitely be picking up another pair when it's time.
