yeah it looks like you should be able to press them out if you wanted to. they are wrinkled-looking but not worn, so it's not like there would be any wear marks (like there are on "pre-worn/stressed" denim).

bang for buck the stretch of milwaukee between division and chicago is what you want but not sure how early some of the places open. also be mindful of strollers
heed this advice. milwaukee is great. i've found some great, relatively cheaply-priced stuff around there.

actually, because the spokes themselves are shorter with a high flange hub, the actual weight difference is negotiable. a high flange hub tends to make a stiffer wheel (shorter spoke length=less flex), but once again, this can all be affected by number of spokes/holes, spoke gauge, depth of rim, etc.
high flange also=flashier, which is likely the true underlying reason for their huge popularity as of late. i can't say i disagree.
