^Unfortunately I payed through visa debit card via paypal. Does anyone have details on Visa's Debit card chargeback scheme? It seems relatively new, and all sites I've found on it only relate to the UK, so it may not apply to the US but it may be useful for me if it does.

Bought an ann d cardi off of him six weeks ago, he told me via email that he sent it and I should have gotten it a month ago. Still have not received anything till this day and he no longer responds to my emails. I filed a paypal claim, won due to no response from seller but wasn't able to recover funds from his account. Fuck I really love this piece but its too small for me. It's 100% mohair, a great layering piece that is sheer, has a hood, and an elongated front end to drape/wrap w/e. Good for you goth ninjas. It's a size 1 which is more or less an xs. I take a small and its a bit tight in the shoulders for me. If anyone has a size 2 to trade let me know, otherwise I'll just sell.
