from my experience, only certain models of Dior Denim have those "silver selvedge" marks.

on 19cm and 21cm, i dont think they make any selvedge denim for raws. i think they're around 14oz for Mij 19cm.

If you wear a 9.5 in the americana, than the 9.5 should fit the same...it is not painfully narrow, but they will certainly break in quickly.

Hi. if you wear size 9 vans you should getting true size on ALL visvim. you might add 1/2 size up ONLY FOR NEW FOLK MODEL 2008 AND UP, they're getting narrow as Hiroki the designer intentionally design those models to be worn with no socks on. hopefully this will be helpful for you. cheers
