this is my new favorite behemoth album. granted, i liked the vocal production on demigod a little bit better, but fuck, the band really took it up a notch. it's really guitar driven, and some of the riffs are obscenely good. there's a lot of really catchy and memorable parts consistently throughout the album. the drumming and drum production is really great too, although i kind of wish that the snare drum was sampled like on demigod, because it does tend to drop out of the mix a bit during the really fast blasts. great performance by inferno, though.

A new favorite as well. I actually prefer the clearer vocals on the apostasy. I have to agree though, the riffs just blew me away and the drum work was by far impressive. That said, I like the direction they're heading into now. Toronto.. are you gonna see them and lamb of god?

I want to do something like this, but I'm not sure what kind of cut is needed. I know I'd need to straighten it whenever I wanted to style it this way, but I don't know what the fuck to do with the back/sides or what kind of product I'd need to get that sleek look or to ruffle it up in the back. Help?

Is that Ruki? Get your stylist to thin and layer ur back/sides which makes styling/spiking easier but u would need a decent amount of hair volume and length first, especially with the long bangs. For styling, wax then hairspray.

Imo, jrock hairstyles are quite hard to pull off though.
