too bad we dont have size 30 and 31 on-hand or else i could measure it for you.
for size 32 one wash, the waist is about 31in new. my personal 32 is now at 33in.

for the 409xxx 1947, they dont have anything bigger than 36. so the made-to-order WW2 might be the only way to go.
409xxx s36 one wash:
- waist - 32
- front - 11 1/4
- rear -16 1/4
- thigh - 13
- leg opening - 9 1/4
- inseam - 33 3/4

here is my "cheaper" OPR 409xxx. before and after about a year of wear and multiple washes.

you might want to check out momotaro's 1705. its the same fit as their 0705 but in 10oz denim.

- rear (34) - 14
- rear (36) - 14.5

porky's 66 is now available in size 36 too. it used to be 34 as the largest size.

will try my best to describe
the 16oz denim is on the slubby side. but not as slub and rough like the Strike Gold 51xx.
the top button is different from the rest of the 4
from the look of it, its iron button with copper back.
the Universal rivets are un-marked front, "universal" at the back.
unlike the original 1947, they used offset belt loop. there is also no "rope insert" inside.
the red tab is double-sided and has not rolled up after wears.
according to Yoshi-san, he used 5 different sizes of yarn threads to construct a pair of pants
double orange-lined selvedge id looks rather nice.
impression:
the 16oz of this 409xxx (1947 model) doesnt feel as hot as it would. we got the one-wash model from japan and although its not true to tag size, (am wearing a size 32 on porky's 66, IH-634/666, FC-1108xx etc) but after few days the size 33 stretched out and fit rather nicely now.
the stitch job all around the pants seem pretty solid. no loose ends around the inside of the pockets or anywhere else. looks like its developing some good roping effect too around the hem.
overall, its a very comfortable pair of jeans to wear daily. plan to rotate this with the porky's 66 for the next few month.

i have 32" waist, is it right if i choose size 30 for 811 one wash? or maybe i should choose size 31 if i want slimmer fit?
i wear size 31 on my IH-666L
go for 883 if you want slimmer fit. i find the 811 to be a bit more roomy on the thighs (with some hip flare). i wear 32 on my IH666 and 33 for my 883.

Scorched/jerkey patches are beautiful.
Don't worry about your stuff so much!
hehe it look pretty cool.. just that its always poking my waist with its hard edges
also the selvage is kinda different from my other jeans..
so far i like the fit.. fabric is good and more comfy than my sammy 21oz.. so yes, i would say evisu is still loved
