I have seen those... self edge's model fit pics i dont think show a standard fit on someone im not sure if everyone is going to buy them as tight fitting as the picture shows (definately not me) so i wanted to see what kind of results that different body builds and fits yielded

yesterday i soaked my s5000vxs at a little under 6 months they are almost done dying

and dissapointingly there was very little color change or visible differences....

is this uncommon for soaking? i thought that there was supposed to be definate fading while soaking or is that strictly machine and hand washes?

i wear them fairly rigorously generally 5 days a week

am i missing something?

anyone have fit pics of the shearers?

or can tell me if the taper is really as "intense" and "tight from the knee down" as described.

im debating between dukes and the shearers

im washing/soaking my 5000vx for the first time at about 5.5-6 months

a still cycle on cold in my washing machine and hung up in my basement seem fine?

i am tryng to have minimum shrinkage and crease displacement

really funny because in the beginning i was really switching it up with much more fitting /tighter cut than what I used to rock and now i basically think the fit is perfect as is but im sure most sufuers would be happier with a soak/shrink. Once i figure out how to post pictures i hopefully can get some opinions.

As for a few of the comments I dont think ill be able to make it without soaking these and i am not to confident in drycleaning for some reason but maybe they will stretch out some more (or no?) because they just started getting really broken in with combs+whiskers and showing real progress imo

i havent soaked them yet because when i bought them it was already an adjustment getting used to the tighter fit than what i was used to but are there any like measurements for how much they will shrink in a soakk like this?
