I have the same ones pault and the colour works well with jeans for those who don't want them to stand out too much. Still get grief off the mrs for wearing them out in public tho!

I am looking for a nice pair of boots without laces (cigar/bourbon colour), like a pair of engineering boots. I've seen a lot of them wore during my last trip in Berlin/Bread and Butter. I know a lot of guys that I've met was wearing red wing engineering boots but if you have something different...
thanks you by advance guys !
Have you looked at the Frye Brando boots. Theyre a little less chunky than the redwings and a nicer colour. Sound like the kinda thing you might be after. Very nice boots.

They also look much better than in these pics. Think theres some shown earlier in this thread somewhere

Oh thats cool, unfortunatly I dont have any ties to the seabees, im just really interested in them and love their history.
Neway, thanks for the info. Sounds like you got a deal with them! If i could find a cheaper alternative i would probably go for them but the buzz's just seem to be a perfect look for what im after. I'll wait until i get a decent bonus frm work!

Hows the fit on those buzz sneakers? The same as with chucks? Did you just take your regular size? Ive wanted them for a while now but just cant bring myself to spend that much on a pair of 'brown chucks'

Google 'heath', within superfuture and elsewhere, and you'll find more. THey've turned up in this thread a few times. They were on sale in the UK, even so 37 euros is a good price.
Edit : here's one mention I remember: http://www.superfuture.com/supertalk/showpost.php?p=128217&postcount=11
& Roy6 thanks for the help. Normally i dont buy prewashed jeans but i thought for 37euros & my size they would be a nice change for summer. Plus they actually look much better than in all the pics ive seen online.

]I recently picked up these LVC samples at an outlet for 37euros, but I dont know anything about them. From quickly typing the product code on the blue sample tag into google i found this page but i was wondering if anyone knows anything more about them? Is that a leather bag they came with? I removed the pocket cover but it can be easily stiched back on.

Im just looking for some quick info that I cant seem to find a clear answer to anywhere. Whats the cut/fit differences between the raw 1890, 1901, 1915 and 1933's? If anyone could help it would be really appreciated. Thanks

great fit on that duck shirt Paul T
Haku, how is the sizing of that sunset shirt; i have seen recommendations to size up one for that shirt
I think the sizing is pretty standard tbh. I normally wear either a sml or med depending on the brand. In this I took a medium and it fits well. (in gap and jcrew i take a small, most jap brands take a medium). Heres a few quick measurements for a med if it helps:
Pit to Pit: 21"
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 19"
Length from top button down front: 25" (the shirt has a longer tail)

1920's Sunset work shirt, not particuarly heavy duty but still a work shirt.

Just picked up this 1920s Sunset work shirt today. At first I wasnt sure about the fit, as its a bit boxy and 'hang's' a bit on the shoulders but after a few minutes thinking about it I just had to have it. I love it. I guess it doesnt fit like tailoured shirt and of course its not supposed to but it took a while getting used to. Anyhow thought maybe you guys might like to see some pics as I know not everyone can get to a store to check LVC stuff out.
PaulT- I really like that duck shirt on you. Looks really authentic and not like a fashion piece the fit looks great.
Sorry about the picture sizing, cant figure out how to make them smaller.

Oh dam, think it might fit too. Watched. Thanks for the heads up.

That duck hunting jacket is so nice. How much did you pay for it if you dont mind me asking?

The distressing on the pitchforked models is quite nice (well done) if thats your thing, They even come with wallet fades, but the cut sucks imo. I tried a pair on and they are so tight on the ankles practically impossible to wear with any shoes, and whilst im all for different cuts for different styles they really shouldnt use these in the vintage line. For one its misleeding as this isnt the original cut of these models.

I need to own that sunset shirt. It is bad ass. I love the tunic type shirts that LVC puts out. I have another sunset shirt released a couple seasons ago and the LVC bunkhouse (unwashed) and they are in high rotation.
Anybody know where it is made. The states or turkey?
Have u tried it on yet? I agree its amazing but i tried it on in a store here and the fit is really strange on this one. I know its not meant to be fitted or anything but it hangs really strange. Might just be me i guess, but id be careful before you order it online. I REALLY wanted it from the pics esp with the box but when i tried it i was like meh!

opinons on this leather jacket? im pretty sure its from the 70s, which im not really into. its kinda ill fitting and def ugly but i really love the patina. anyone else wear something kinda redic from time to time just because they like it?
If you hadnt of said it was 70s i wouldnt of noticed. It fits in well with your style. Paired with some flared jeans it would be awful but as it is i think it looks good.
