Well you subscribe to the theory that prolonged wear of jeans that are initially too small will result in a good fit. The funny thing is they certainly don't look good now, after that prolonged period of wear. Yet you say that the reason you don't have that sleek silhouette is because you wore them for a prolonged period of time. Either way...your fit is unflattering.

for christ sake stop hating on holla; at least he's making non inflamatory contribution. some of us are still fiddling about with raw denim, and i'm pretty sure most sufus here are perfectionists hence the many questions. but theres no need to be so impatient hun!

well i had the same size 28 and the same problem, you could look at my pics a few pages back--whats your weight/height? im 125lbs and 5'10 the 28s were extremely loose so i decided to size down to a 26.

what i want is a segway so that when i go to ann siang hill i will not have to walk and sweat buckets...and while i'm dreaming i wish bukit merah and haji lane could be next to each other as well.

yeah leftfoot has pretty much the best selection i think they brought in the wtaps collabo at some point too. they're pretty much the most reliable spot to cop in singapore but sizes do get sold out fast.

do try Royal sporting house they are the largest stockist so to speak, but the range is sporadic at best. Try y our luck at takashimaya or raffles city, however what i usually do is that i'd gather some friends who want vans, and we'd order from the website and split shipping. That way you get what you want and you save alot of frustration going on a wild hunt around singapore. Trust me, i spent a year trying to cop a pair of navy blue authentics (with no sucess i might add)

hello heres some quick questions before i re-order; what is the smallest size that Dior raws run till? a 24 or 26?

how do the dior MIJ 19cm fit as compared t o the APC new cure? i can button up the apc new cure at the waist comfortably. the 26 was not in stock, so i tried on the 25 for the APC new standard, i do not do up the top button, however the sales person kept asserting that " on the ideal sized pair, i shd NOT be able to do the top button intially " which left me more than a little puzzled.

someone help me out here please. appreciate it

ollek maybe this can be of some help to you: i some problems with the sizing as well, my natural waist is 30inches, and the circumference around my bum measures 28inches. My hip at the pelvic bone measures 33.5 inches and i've tried on the 28, they were way too baggy at the back so im gonna be sizing down. hope that helps! (:

No worries man. Just try on some different sizes and styles and get what you like most but also keep in mind they shouldn't be skin tight from the start. Snug, maybe, but not skin tight.

that is absolutely right. After my little experience (refer coupla pages back), you realize that too little or too much bum area is no good at all. imo you shd size up or go with the 21cms, those were huge when i tried them on so i think they shd fit you just fine.

on another note, thanks so much to everyone who took time to reply; i've decided to go with the 26, seeing how 27 would mean only a 1/2 inch difference, whereas the 26 would be a full inch. is that right? pls do correct me here if i'm wrong.

Can I perhaps suggest buying different jeans? Diors are obviously not for you. Sizing down is nice and all, but you seem to have already sized down quite a bit (unless you don't know how to measure true waist).

hello Tiranis i must admit i am not 100% sure of what natural waist measurement is so i assumed it was the circumference around my bellybutton. is that right? please do advise. As to an option of buying different jeans...i would hold off on that one until i've exhasuted all possiblility of getting a perfect fit 19cm; its kinda like waking up on christmas morning and not getting what you wanted. its disappointing as hell. heheh.

the fit feels wrong to me because there is so much room in my bum area and thighs so i will obviously have to size down, but by one or two sizes? anyone can help me out here?

i just got a pair of MIJ 19cms in size 28.

i am 125lbs and 5"10 and these are really loose at the bum area. now i'm really confused as to which size i should get: need some advice here! thanks so much.

my natural waist is 30 inches

my pelvic bone (where the jeans rest) is 33.5inches

my thighs are 17.5 at the widest point and i have chicken legs.
