The school I went to growing up went through all the the grades, from Kindergarden to graduation from high school. We all took the same school buses together. There was this particularly annoying little girl who used to bug me when I was in grade 11. One day when I was in a particularly bad mood I told her:

"Did you know your parents are getting a divorce because they don't love you anymore? They hate you so much they don't want you around anymore"

She started crying hysterically of course.

A better question is why can't we domesticate and breed red pandas as pets?

I am of the opinion that you cannot be a fully developed person until you've moved out of your parents' house. Try it; the outside world is not that bad. Unless you are still in High School, then take out the trash once in a while.
