they actually fit true. a little looser on the waist but the rest of the parts fit fine. i guess they were supposed to be a little lower on the waist.

its around 15 to 15.5 at the waist. 11 inch leg openings. will try to get the pics up. my digicam is not working. and i cant get a proper pic with my hp. they're almost new. my friend got me the wrong size and i havent worn it much.
