not sure if you are down there yet. I just moved from Miami to Berlin... there are really scarce opportunity to catch some culture there. Your best bet is the Design District in North Miami... where you might catch some cool galleries and maybe some decent parties (art related). I know they have a website where they post events

there's a couple of cool stores. Base on Lincoln Rd. in South Beach & Off the Wall at Sunset Place. Both have a decent selection, but are a bit pricey

Good places to eat on the beach are Hofbrau Munchen (german) on Lincoln Rd. right by Base & Fratelli La Buffala on Washington & 5th (i think) awesome Italian food. The rest of the places on the beach are so so and pricey

I'm also moving to Berlin this month. I'll be there between Feb. 25 & May 25th at least. Will be living a few blocks south of Alexanderplatz.... what about you guys?

Why are you all going?

About parties... I know of a lot of stuff going on over there.... there's a huge Techno scene, a good Jazz scene... and I'm sure Indie is big there also. I know mostly about the Techno stuff... since I DJ and produce that sort of music.

So what are you guys into? I might be able to provide some info
