Here, you're right and thanks for your explanations.
I have to rephrase what I wrote : the sale said "only worn a few times", without specify that it was already a used cloth bought somewhere else. To me, "only worn a few times" without any other informations seem like it's near new condition.

The sale said "only worn a few times", without specify that it was already a used cloth bought somewhere else. That's what the seller gave me for explanations when I asked him about the condition of the cloth, only after I received it.
Also, small holes close to the repaired part that was not specified.
The seller won't refund me.
A waste of time and energy.

This is my first sale here, so I'll try to do a clear description of what I want to sell.

1. RYKIEL HOMME POLO
Here is a rare polo from the label of Sonia Rykiel for man, Rykiel Homme.
This label is closed since 2008.
Condition : this polo has been worn, but only in summer and for rare occasions, and so still in a very very good condition : only sligh signs of wear on the collar.
Size L, made from a soft and light cotton.
Price : 60€ shipped worldwide in Colissimo International Priority Mail with insurance and careful package.
Payment by Paypal, cheque, or transfer.
2. WHEREABOUTS JAPAN "BEATRICE" SNEAKERS
Bought them in Tokyo, but they are too small for me. I stored them for two years now.
Condition : pratically new, except the soles that yellowed with time.
Come as they were bought in original box with price tag.
Japanese size "L" : length ~29,5 cm - width ~9 cm
Original price : 17000 Yens ~130€ > I asked 70€ shipped worldwide in Colissimo International Priority Mail with insurance and careful package.
