So glad to hears things are finally coming together Ande.

Hope you're up an running before I'm off overseas again I missed out last time, don't want it to happen twice.

I was foolish enough to buy a pair of these and even more foolish to give them a cold wash after a few wears around the house. These suckers SHRINK BIGTIME can't even get them done up any more.

Only one I've stayed at was the Emporium Hotel which is in the Valley on Ann and Wickham streets great place but upmarket and pricey .Bars clubs restaurants are all close by , hope this helps

In Brisbanes defence it does have both a domestic and an international airport and a six lane freeway so escaping the shithole is easy. Some of the stores mentioned do have great stock but sizing is always so limited its not worth the effort ,just buy online its cheaper with more choice

Have to say i fully agree with Chicken on the wear issues of these jeans. Squeezing yourself into clothing which is overly tight , when they are not made to be .Will eventually lead to seams giving out no matter what they are sewn with or how good the seamstress/tailor is. On the other matter i know nothing.

I emailed Gordon to tell him i,d be away over xmas,just in case my USA,s might arrive this side of New Year and he replied that they were due in on the 19th/20th Dec.
