By the way, the pictures show the blue as being fairly bright. It's actually a deeper shade similar to the waist size picture...just like the XX-005. And fairly slubby, but not quite as much as my 005's.

Nothing is wrong with the pieces, its just a pretty steep markup. That coat he's selling for $380 costs $100 at the sample sale. It only cost like $440 CAD brand new last season as well.
Personally, I wouldn't support resellers who ruin sample sales for normal people that just want to buy a few things for themselves by buying up hundreds of dollars worth of stock to sell online at huge markups.
Guess a hustler's gotta eat, though...
i agree - really steep markup and does suck for the people trekking across town (or national borders..) to pick up some good, interesting stuff on the cheap.

This is definitely sample sale stuff - the button on the sleeve of the grey toggle coat is something I saw on a bunch of stuff there (and its not on the normal toggle coat - at least my black version I bought last season).
What's wrong with that? Their sample stuff is usually no different from the retail pieces...

I've been thinking of heading up there from Seattle...
What kind of stuff did they have this time? Anything new or just hoodies and crewnecks?
Thanks.
Just wondering if anybody has made it out to the sale yet or picked up anything? The majority of stuff they put out is in Medium. They have some pretty nice stuff i wish they had it in Large though. Lemme know.0 -
Damn - pretty sweet!
I've worn these everyday to a desk job for 5 to 6 months now. They were cold soaked with dr. bronners at approx 2 months. I had one repair in the crotch area, other than that they've held up fine. Proof you dont have to bike, skate, etc. to get reasonable wear.I think they'll look even better after their first wash.

Obviously, this is a Boss Orange trench. I'm totally digging it but don't have the $$$. Anyone seen a less expensive model anywhere?

Just PM'd you.

I never understood the point, but from what I hear, it's all about proportion, huh? Or just going overboard and looking like a complete fool (above)...

my opinion is that you should always oil leather before the first wear.
why?......
