I have two pairs of Levis up and a Wrongside, Mongoloids, and Cold World shirt for those who care.

The one pair of Levis are straight leg with a similar fit to 501's, but with a zipper fly. They are 45% Hemp and 55% cotton. Blue jeans.

The other pair are bootcut with a nice fade to them, and have button pockets on the back

APCs are vanity sized, so a size 28 would be a true 30" waist line. I would think that a size 29 would be good for you if you're a snug 30 in levis, but it also depends on what pair of levis you're wearing as well. You can find a siz chart for your APCs on context clothing.

I just measured my waist and it's just under 34 inches. Do you think a 29 would be good?

Also, how do New Standards fit compared to Imperial Dukes? I have a pair of Dukes in a 29 and they used to fit me great but now they're way too tight in the waist.

Hey, I been out of the loop for a while. Is it still the standard to size down 2 sizes for new standards? I wasn't sure if they have changed the sizing at all recently. I'm a snug 30 in levi's so I was assuming to get 28 in NS. What would the fit be like? I'm looking for slim/normal but not super tight.

Nudie RRDS, Almost 3 years old, but total just over a year of wear. 1st wash at 8 months, second wash after 5 more months of wear and a year and a half of sitting in a drawer.

My Nudie RRDS that I bought in november and wore everyday for 4 months straight and at least 4 times a week after that. I didn't want to wash them so soon especially with all the inconsistant wearing lately, but the knees looked as if they were starting to give out, so I wanted to make sure they were washed before I had huge holes in the knees.

I'm trying to get rid of my Nike delta force SB's, US Size 10 1/2. I got them at supreme about 2 months ago, I've only worn them a few times. They're in great condition. My washing machine has dish on the side to pour the bleach in, so I guess it goes into the water stream as the washer fills up. I didn't use much at all. Probably the equivilant to half a shot glass maybe?

I was skeptical about bleach the first time I ever did it, but a few friends of mine had done it and they came out really nice.

Before I washed them they stretched alot, and they shrunk a little too tight after one wash, but stretched to be perfect again quickly.

I'm not sure how many ounces the Nudie RRDS's are, but those are the next pair i'm doing, I'm 5 days into them so far.

Edit: Yes, I removed both the stitching and the size tag, but I kept the red tab on there.

I'm normally a 33 or 34 waist and a 30 or 32 length. The levis were size 35/34, and they shrunk a pretty decent amount after soaking. They were probably close to 32 after soaking.

Haha yea, I put the picture wrong at first so I rotated them and didn't realize that the pockets switched sides as a result.

HighHopes...you may have ispired my to try a pair....did you ever starch, and if so how often? Did you soak them before you began wearing....and last for the first wash did you use soap or just a long rinse?

I usually starched once every two weeks to a month.

I soaked them in warm water for 3 hours and let them hang dry before wearing.

And when I washed them I put them in the machine on a hot/cold rinse and used a little detergent and a small amount of bleach.

Yea, $32.99 at sears, I skated them almost everyday for 4 months, then when I realized a hole slowly coming through the knee I washed them.

Levis 501xx from sears. Wore them for 4 months before first wash. I skated them real hard so they wore in real quick.
