Anybody use the Tamron Education Purchase Program? More importantly, is proof of major or field of employment required? My school's on their list, but if you're required to be in a dedicated photoj program or whatever then I'm out.

for sale: NWT black APC motorcycle style jacket with four chest pockets and throat clasp. Zipper and button closure. Sized XL, good fit for 42R-L with room for a sweater underneath or 44 R-L with less layering room. Not overly boxy like some APC. Fall/mild winter weight, but would get you quite a ways with a sweater. Great piece, just bought too many jackets this fall.

Jacket is 85% cotton with some poly added--feels like cotton with a slightly harder finish. Should be pretty water repellent. Lining is viscose.

Up for sale is YMC's brown waxed cotton zip hooded jacket from this spring in L. Very nice lightweight jacket with a trim cut, large functional hood, and a Talon zipper. Two zip pockets, leather hood pulls, and a functional chin button. As far as I can tell, this sold out quickly everywhere. New and with tags.

Any tall folks pick up the raws and try stretching the inseam after soak? I would buy eternal today if I could be sure that I would wind up with at least 34" after they touch water.

Ouch. Had emailed BIG and asked if I could get a 35" exchanged for a 34" a couple of weeks ago. Was told they'd get back to me once second shipment went out--but apparently decided to sell the extras instead of exchange. 34s are gone now.

If anyone wants to buy an unsoaked, unworn, and unhemmed pair of 35", $155 shipped + paypal fees if applicable.

Any people with long inseams trying these? Anyone have the post soak inseam or try to step on the legs and stretch the inseam back out? I see ~34" at Zipangu and could only give up about a half inch.

How about one thread for every denim pic imaginable (basically the current Evolution) and a locked Super-Evolution thread that culls the best of the best, like mandatory 1 year wear with a couple of time points in between and a brief writeup of the process? Not only would that get rid of "these are my three week Nudies" but it would lose the "OMG I need those Sams now".

I know this is mod-heavy, but it would drive people to improve the context of their Evolution posts so they could be straight copied into the superthread. The only other thing that would work this well would be a site like Ryu's for the forum, which someone out there has to be bored enough to design and host.

I'd really like to see a shot of the grifters and the cougars in the same waist on the same model. Would help me get a better idea of the fits. Ideally it would be a 88 cm waist
