It doesn't say on the certificate if there's a lifetime warranty for repairs, but I do know you can take it to the store and they have like they're own in house repairs.

On a scale 1-10 I'd rate it a 7.5-8. I've used it around 15-20 times.

For Sale: The briefcase's color is brown, made of calf skin, and measures 11 in. high, 17 in. wide, and 5 in. deep, the two front leather pockets measure 8 in. high by 7 in. wide, with an 8 in. weaved leather handle. The Latches are magnetic for secure yet easy access, the tab pushes in and locks underneath the steel tab. The bag was used very minimally. There are minor scratches on the bottom edges. Also comes with a certificate of authenticity.
