Only store I know in Amsterdam that carries various Japanese labels is Ennu (Cornelis Schuytstraat 15) not too sure if they have a good collection these days though. For the large well-known international labels, you probably want to go to the PC Hooftstraat, near the Rijksmuseum (which is being renovated by the way).
