  1. ^dont bother fixing the image tags, I can tell its going to be gay

edit: oh and make your pics bigger next time

dont be too quick to judge.

fair enough on paper, the designers he is wearing are not this years most credible, but it looks good on him, and he isnt wearing the cheesy shit which each designer does do. that shit suits him and he wears it well. it dont have to be japanese or high end streetwear for shit to look good.

you gotta look past the label sometimes dude.

  2. are shemaghs essentially the same as a pashmina?

i sometimes wear one an ex left at my place and it looks like a shemagh, its just that i'm not too sure on the size and cut.. it looks the same when tied up.

  3. interesting stuff..

that blog is absolutely fantastic and qudos to you for it. inspiring stuff.

and the point about designers making low quality spectacles and sunglasses hits true to me, in the last year i've had sunglasses from dsl55 and marc jacobs literally fall apart on me. i look at some of the spectacles i have bought over the years and it pains me the amount i've spent on sub standard bad designs that would put dame edna everage to shame. only recently i have moved to alain milki after buying approx 3-4 glasses a year for the last 4 years since finishing university.. armani, prada, gucci, dior etc etc, and in conclusion they are all horse shit. No real design or quality at all.

  4. i fly a fair bit and i'm a very agitative flyer, not scared or nervous. Its just the feeling of being stuck somewhere for however many hours without fresh air. man i wish they had running machines on planes.

my routine which when i adhere to when flying long haul is to smoke a joint on the way to the airport, have total of 3-4 glasses of wine (red) in the airport bar and on the first hour of the flight. i then have about a quarter bottle of night nurse and roberts your father's brother i am out like a hobo on christmas eve.

  5. Welcome back Lowrey ;)

Nice outfit digital denim. I must say it's like seeing a photo of me in 30 years time on how I'd dress. Not sure if that's an insult to you or me or both :D

    dd looks about 32 tops.

i'd say you are about 22 tops.

so you in 30 years would be aprox 50, you're basically saying dd looks 50, i'd say thats pretty damn close to an insult!

  6. it was a cold nite... the sort of nite you where you turn up the heating, put on some socks and roll a fat blunt all to yourself. so cold that you can see the fog beginning to form for the next day out of the window. the sort of nite where you go on the net and just explore... you know how you used to do. a search here... a search there and next thing you know you've found a message board with people discussing things you're interested in and its like a treasure trove of meaningless interesting information. this was before google ran the internet, finding things was a more straightforward process back then... you had choices... now its a googled powered world... dont get me wrong, thats good too.. but trawling the net isn’t about one option. anyway, you’re getting sidetracked. so.. it was cold, very cold... alf re-runs were on tv and the room was illuminated by the 80's colour saturation on your ugly big screen rear projection tv that took 3 guys to move in to your apartment. the simple interface of the message board with no animated gifs feels nostalgic when you look back.. you lurk as you still do... acceptance isn’t something you are looking for, inspiration is... plus you always have time to kill, being a 20 something with a disposable income in the developed world makes you just another number.. but places like this give you the opportunity to be a little different amongst your circle of friends and you feel more comfortable watching... people watching is something we are programmed to do. the net allows you to take it to another level.

so it was pretty much like that, you have used sf for the city guides well before you actively lurked in the forums... new york, paris and san francisco have been trawled using the guides on numerous occasions. the forum opened another avenue for you... a more diverse... and lets face it at times cheesy world... but you are all the better for it.
